Priscilla brings a strong background in administration and client service, with experience spanning both government and financial services sectors. Before joining the team, she served as Head of Department for Monitoring Federal Funds and the Single Registry of Welfare Beneficiaries within the Social Welfare Secretariat in Mexico. After relocating to Prince George, BC, she continued her career in the financial industry, supporting operations at Assante Capital Management and a local mortgage brokerage.
In her current role as Front Desk Coordinator, Priscilla is the first point of contact for clients and visitors. She provides vital administrative support, coordinates schedules and meetings, manages client communications, and helps maintain efficient office operations. Priscilla also supports data management, reporting, and internal processes that keep the team running smoothly. Her collaborative approach means she works closely with all departments to deliver a seamless client experience.
Known for her integrity, empathy, and adaptability, Priscilla approaches every task with a client-focused mindset and a commitment to excellence. She believes that trust, transparency, and genuine care are at the heart of meaningful service.
Outside of work, Priscilla enjoys staying active and spending time outside—whether that means going shopping, discovering new coffee shops, going for walks near the water, or dancing with friends. She’s passionate about nutrition and traveling, loves Harry Potter, has a twin sister.
